The accommodation you are applying for using this form is exclusively for students of the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). If you apply for, and are offered SOAS accommodation, but later take up a study place at another University or College you must inform us immediately as you will no longer be eligible for SOAS Accommodation. Failure to inform us could result in the loss of deposit and accommodation fees and may affect your chance of getting student accommodation before the start of Term.

Only One Application is accepted per person. Any duplicate applications received will be deleted automatically. You will be able to update and amend the details you submit on this application form at any time before offer decisions are made. Information about how to log in and change your details will be provided on the confirmation email sent to you when you submit this form.

We are required to request this information for the UK Electoral Roll as some non-UK citizens are eligible to vote in Government and local elections. We also use this information for statistical purposes - for example in 2006-2007, according to the information given on the application forms, SOAS students at our residencies comprised over 109 different single and dual Nationalities.

Sponsored Scholarships and Awards
If your Accommodation Fees for 2007-2008 will be provided as part of a Scholarship or Award from an academic Sponsor, please indicate by choosing from the list below. Please note that scholarship sponsors do not normally provide the booking fee payment required as acceptance of an accommodation offer. If you are made an offer it will be your responsibility to pay the booking fee by the offer deadline. You will also be required to ensure that accommodation fees are paid by the due dates.
